Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. The Company directly ships any such order via third party courier services or logistic partners. Your orders are inspected thoroughly before shipment to ensure they are in a perfect condition.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

The shipping charges varies in accordance with the dimension, height, weight, and location of delivery of the orders. The shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days, depending on your location and courier partner.

  1. Shipping costs are additional and non-refundable
  2. Shipping costs vary based on within the state and outside the state location and order size.
  3. Estimated delivery dates will be mentioned in the invoice along with shipping costs.
  4. Products are typically shipped within 1–2 days, though timelines may vary.
  5. In case of returns, Users are responsible for return shipping costs. If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a message containing your tracking umber and courier details. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch. The users can view the levied shipping charges upon checkout. Our delivery partners shall deliver the orders on best effort basis, however, in case they are unable to deliver the same, the orders shall be returned to the Company and the return or exchange option shall be given to the Customers in accordance with the terms of the return and refund policy of the Company.

Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays due to logistics, weather, or customs may occur. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us immediately at your email / contact number. We will rework with the courier services to resolve the issue promptly.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. If applicable, customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
