Epoxy Lamination Resin is a two-component thermosetting system made up of an epoxy resin and a hardener (curing agent). When mixed, the components undergo a chemical reaction that forms a strong, rigid, and durable polymer layer. This resin is specifically designed for laminating applications, where it bonds layers of materials. such as fiberglass, carbon fiber, wood, or fabric to create reinforced, high-strength composites.
It offers excellent adhesion, water and chemical resistance, electrical insulation, and a smooth, glossy finish, making it ideal for marine structures, automotive parts, electrical laminates, flooring, furniture, and decorative panels. Epoxy lamination resin is preferred for its clarity, low shrinkage, and long-lasting protection in both structural and aesthetic applications.

Application
Epoxy lamination is widely used across industries for its strength, adhesion, and chemical resistance. It coats boat hulls and decks for water protection, strengthens automotive panels and interiors, and enhances insulation in electrical laminates and PCBs. In construction, it provides durable, glossy finishes on floors and panels, while in furniture, it creates smooth, high-gloss surfaces. It also improves the durability of sports gear and strengthens laminated glass in architectural applications

SAFETY INSTRUCTION
• Wear gloves always: Resin and hardener can irritate skin.
• Use proper ventilation: Work in an open, or use an exhaust fan to avoid breathing fumes.
• Wear a mask if ventilation is poor: Preferably an activated-carbon respirator.
• Keep away from children and pets: Resin is toxic in liquid form.
• Avoid eye contact: Wear safety goggles; resin splashes can burn.
• Don’t eat or drink near resin: Prevent accidental contamination.
• Measure accurately: Wrong ratios cause improper curing and more fumes.
• Mix slowly: Prevents bubbles and reduces chemical splash.
• Protect your workspace: Use plastic sheets; resin is permanent once cured.
• Wash immediately if contact happens: Use soap and water (not solvents).
• Store properly: Keep tightly sealed, in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
• Dispose safely: Don’t pour liquid resin down drains; let leftovers cure fully, then throw.
